I have a best friend who is a rescue and not very trusting of people. Going to the vet was not high on her list. The staff there has gone above and beyond to try to gain Sadie's trust, and give her the most comfortable visits possible. Today was such a positive experience, and she even gave the Doc a lick on the way out! Thank you so much for everything you do.
this animal hospital took advantage of my elderly parents. my parents took their dog in to have her puppies. the vet quickly suggested a caesarean and my parents also asked the dog be spayed as well. after paying for the procedures, the dog has come into her heat cycle several times. when i went to the hospital to complain they claimed to have done the spaying and informed me i would have to pay for a vet visit and test to verify the dog was in fact in her heat cycle. i took the dog to another vet who verified the dog had ne... read more
This is a really wonderful veterinary hospital. The staff is warm and friendly, the building is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. I have a pretty difficult cat that no one has ever been able to do anything with without sedation - I can't even trim her nails. The staff at Woodlake were very patient and took it slowly and were able to do everything they needed to do with no sedation. I was so impressed. Dr. Jones and her employees are WONDERFUL. I left my previous veterinarian because they wanted to treat Misa with long-term steroids and other expensive medicine. Dr. Jones and everyone that works for her are understanding, knowledgeable, etc. They LISTEN. My previous vet blamed me for my dog's weight gain, refusing to believe she had hypothyroidism.
