Don't put notes on a patients file that says that the owner is hard to deal with and send the records to another vet. Also, didn't have all of the shots needed to board our dog and got kennel cough. I specifically asked and they told me I didn't need any shots. Now on 3 medications.
I cannot thank the staff at Woodlake Animal Hospital enough for their kindness and genuine empathy. My cat of 13 years had a very sudden decline, and when I took him in for an appointment, I knew that we would have to have him put down. I was really emotional, and everyone working there tried to comfort me. The doctor was so professional when sharing the test results with me despite how distraught I was, and I did not feel pushed into any quick decision. Dr. Jones and her staff are very gentle and compassionate with her patients. They offer Eastern and Western medicine so as to be able to give the patient the best treatment. The essential oil diffuser in the office has been a big help in calming my anxious and fearful pups! If you have concerns about your pet being taken "to the back", you are allowed to stand at the window of the treatment room! A big plus for me and my pup!
Love Woodlake Animal Hospital!! They always take the time to answer any questions I have. I know our pets are in great care with Dr. Jones and her staff.
I don’t know what I’d do without Dr.Jones and her staff. The compassion she and her staff provide and the care they provide is unmatched anywhere. Thank you Dr. Jones for being such a wonderful, loving doctor and person!

It was several years ago when my regular vet couldn’t fit my sick dog.. so I scrambled for a local vet and they got us in the same day. Dr. Jones has been empathetic, kind, and goes above and beyond for your pets. I would never go anywhere else.
