RecommendedUnfortunately, we had to euthanize our elderly cat recently, after having him as a furry family member for 20+ years. Everyone at Woodlake Animal Hospital was caring and compassionate towards our sweet Simon and to me as well. My dog, Pako, was SO very sick!! Started calling at 7:30 am. No answer after 30 minutes. Drove there. Male receptionist came out to parking lot and told me doctors don't come in until 8-8:15 so they don't answer phone. Then they were booked so they offered to see my dog if I paid $80 extra to be worked in! I've been going to Dr. Jones for YEARS! Talk about kicking you when you're down! You should have been offered a drop off appointment to have Pako evaluated. Bobby Becker, the practice manager, will reach out to you on Monday to follow up as your experience is not what Woodlake Animal Hospital strives for.

Knowledgeable, expert advice, and guidance for our puppy 🐶!!! Jordan from the front desk is incredible! Like Cesar Milan the Dog Whisperer. 💗 He radiated positivity and caring vibes, as well as personality insights about our breed and dog specifically. 🐕🦺 The vet was super patient with us regarding all of our questions and gave us thoughtful scientific responses. They gave us plenty of information and now we know what to do that’s best for our dogs personality. This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. Go here!!! ✅
Dr Jones and her staff did an awesome job tending to my cat Cutie and helped me make the right decision to let him go I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a vet Thank you all so very much ❤
WAH is amazing, i cannot say enough good things about their practice. They are AMAZING with both of my fur babies, but especially my rottie (who is not the easiest patient). Their level of dedication to the animals in their care is unmatched and i cannot thank their vets enough- especially Dr. Jones and Dr. Lobb for taking such WONDERFUL care with both of my dogs. If you need a vet that cares about your babies the way you do- call Woodlake! You won’t find better.
Woodlake Animal Hospital went above and beyond today to help our mars go on to doggy heaven. They came to our home and were more than accommodating. Everything about our time was peaceful. We recently switched over to Woodlake veterinary Hospital. We have been more than thrilled. In the past when we showed up for an appointment we waited 30 minutes even though we were there on time at our previous veterinarian clinic. Today when we walked in they were already waiting for us. Not only did they save me almost an hour compared to my previous clinic I did not feel rushed like I usually feel. They also took the time to explain everything to me.
We had to take our senior dog for her hardest appointment last weekend and while the news and the action we had to take was worst case, the staff was phenomenal. They all had genuine concern and instead of offering invasive tests, and exploratory surgeries that would lead to nowhere they helped us make the best decision for our family member. Once our heart has healed and we decide to bring another dog into our family there is no question this will be our vet.
