was not happy with the service department. took my van in for a basic tune up, minus oil change took over 2hours for them to change spark plugs. was later told they received wrong spark plugs, if i would have known that i was sitting and waiting that long for a delivery. i would have left. no communication

So Gene and I had a hitch put on our van today and couldn't be happier with the amazing service we received. After being quoted higher prices and being told that we can not install one on our van by other dealers from here in Sioux City to all the way back home in Southeast Iowa, Woodhouse in Sioux City was able to get in a factory tow hitch for us and installed it. It looks like it's been there since we bought it. They did amazing work and the best customer service. If we need anything else for the van I will be contacting ... read more
