I'll start this review off by stating I NEVER feel the need to share my experiences, however my trip to Woodhouse tonight was my biggest display of disconnect from customer to dealer relations. Amazing experience from the salesman to the finance manager. My wife and I were wanting to downsize from one extremely expensive vehicle to two less expensive vehicles. Woodhouse in Sioux City was the only dealer that helped us with this process. They actually listened to what I wanted to do, instead of trying to sell me a vehicle that was way out of our price range. We landed on a Toyota Venza and manual Chevy Cruz. I was charged $1,000 more than my original quote and then had a check engine light come on driving home. My local dealer found a damaged wiring harness and loose starter wire. So after being charged 1k more than the qoute they didn't wanna pay for their negligence, they did finally agree to pay for the harness repair (not a new one) but not the starter. All this caused my truck to be in the shop an extra week while waiting to get everything sorted out also. My final price also ended up being $300 more than the last price the... read more
