Bought 2018 Jeep Compass for price as advertised with rebates. Very simple and straight forward. Car was delivered to Sioux Falls. Unfortunately it was leaking transfer case fluid with 150 miles on it- i assume a factory miss.? They had me bring into service the same day but took another day to discover the problem. Parts had to be ordered . New car at dealer for a week being repaired- frustrating! I was given a loaner and car was delivered back to Sioux Falls. Not impressed
Purchased a Ram Promaster last August. This past Monday night, the transmission went out along with a few other things. The service team at Woodhouse started working on it immediately Tuesday. They originally told me that the part was on back order and didn’t have an ETA, which was not good, since my business is 100% mobile. They stated they were going to keep working to secure the parts and they did. I had my van back at 11am this morning. Hats off to the Woodhouse Service team - exceptional service!
I went to get an oil change yesterday, when I bought my Dodge Van from Charlie Zook in 2009,at that time we got a $16 oil change for the life of the vehicle .I get presented with a bill of $42 yesterday and I said no I have the $16 oil change which Woodhouse used to honor,well they took that away from the people who had it.In my opinion it SUCKS,since I complained I did get the $16 price yesterday, they need to honor the deal customers got when they bought their vehicle!!!!!!
Spent 3 months trying to get an extended warranty transferred. Lots of emails and phone calls. Still waiting ...... out of town customers must be low priority.
