I made an appointment for a recall repair over 2 weeks ago. The appointment was for 8:00 and I was told it would take approximately 30 minutes. I arrived right at 8:00 decided to wait for my truck...it’s only going take 30 minutes after all. I came in looking for a used Jeep, but the one I saw online was in rough shape. Sway showed me a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 130,000. Exactly what I was looking for! They worked with me on the price to get it closer to what I was able to spend. Two hours after I had it, the engine started shaking and making an awful noise!
