RecommendedThe apartments we well maintained and in my 35+ years of apartments living all over the country, this staff is the most amazing, friendly and caring that I have encountered!! Also, the neighbor are friendly, kind and helpful. For me, I love the trees, seeing the birds, squirrels and other wildlife outside my apartment window. I just wanted to say that the management at Woodhill is the best I’ve had in 20 years of renting in various communities across the state. Courtney is extremely accommodating and very reliable when it comes to the needs of her residents, and the maintenance staff is fast and very proficient. I’m happy I chose Woodhill apartments and recommend them any chance I get.
Location Location LOCATION LOCATION !!!Woodhill Apartments is in center of Augusta take no more then 10-15 to minutes to get downtown and the Mall is even closer. Courtney has been amazing since the 1st day I moved in until the last day of turning in my key(6/12/19. Moving can be very stressful and she made it as easy as Sunday morning!!!!

Woodhill is an amazing community located in the heart of Augusta and is 5-10 minutes from everything the city has to offer. The two young ladies in the office are incredible and quick to respond to any need or request. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and dedicated to keeping the place looking nice and running smoothly. If you're looking for a beautiful place with great neighbors to call home Woodhill is a hidden gem.
Woodhill Apartments has been a wonderful experience! The complex is remodeled and looks great. The maintenance has always been friendly and efficient as well. Courtney and Jocelyn have also done an amazing job at managing the office and make Woodhill feel like home. I have never dealt with a better apartment staff. Would definitely recommend, the complex is very military friendly as well!
