The Condo Association is active and keeps the groups clean. New landscaping coming looks really great! This community has always been quiet and friendly. I nice little gem near Uptown.

The water is always BROWN in EVERYONES apartment because the pipes are old. Ever time you turn on the water it needs to run for a sec. They recently landscaped the entire apartment but refuse to update the piping.

If you’re considering this place as your new home, I wouldn’t recommend it. HOA board members are unprofessional, they will harass you when they feel like it. 3/3/23 I saw with my own eyes HOA board member Mattew enter through an exit gate. They don’t even follow their own rules. Secondly, the walls are very delicate here and you will hear all your neighbors. Common areas are only concrete, no plants.

Living here has been nothing but huge nightmare! I guess it’s my curse; I get worst neighbors possible everywhere I go. There’s constant music in my building that starts at 5am and goes throughout the day. I’ve tried to address it with HOA and they have been delightful, however… they asked me who does it. I don’t know! How do I suppose to know? Entire building shakes from the music but nobody knows who the culprit is. And recently a smoker moved in.
