Viewed these new townhouses but wasn't at all impressed. The rooms feel incredibly small. Not much green space, and no yard. It felt like you were right on top of your neighbors. I can also see parking being a major problem. If you don't entertain much that won't be an issue.
Although, the community is nice and friendly I have been watching the structure/ built of my house start to fall apart. I have lived here for 2 years and still have issues with my hot water, garden bath, kitchen cabinets slipping down on one side, front door is still uneven. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service but no resolution to my issues. Currently still waiting for a manger to reach out to me about my garden bath not being able to fill up at least half way with hot water!
