I lived in Woodgate for several years in the 90s. The price was right. I think they might have had the cheapest studio in town at the time. I heard wisecracks on the Missouri State campus 2 or 3 times about Woodgate. One went "I have never lived in Woodgate". In a bragging sort of way. As if only white trash lived there.
