I’ve lived here for almost a year and have had a wonderful experience. With being a single mom, rent has been late a few times and the office ladies have been so understanding. Love our little apartment. Now that I’ve been here for over two years, I think I need to add an update. The company changed and it’s been terrible. There is no groundskeeper and there’s trash, cigarette butts, and dog poop everywhere. It’s funny that there is dog poop everywhere because there’s a dog park, but no playground. I don't know who they are paying to post these reviews, but I moved in 4/22. Was not allowed to see the unit until move in date, only the demo. I came by two separate times and was turned away both times. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE! It is the filthiest place I have ever seen in my life, $1374 a month and it smells like human body odor. Luckily I have a very expensive air filter and now that I'm already moving out ASAP, it has cleared up downstairs so now I had to bring it upstairs.and its brand new but the outside filter i... read more
Recently moved here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management's terrible,Roaches everywhere,AC units old and barely cool house, outlets don't work, tired calling maintenance, $500 electric bill to keep house cold is wild. Def regret moving here
Would not recommend Kub was overly high like i was sharing with someone i been plenty of apartments no more than $60 for just me rent was outrages for a 1 bedroom i now have a two still less than that and it’s down the street bug ls everywhere not to mention they use to be WOODgate! Wouldn’t recommend
