Terrible insulation, negligent maintenance, ROACHES. Insane additional charges with no explanation- expect to pay 300+ more than the base cost of rent to live here, even with minimal utility usage. They offer rental discounts in exchange for good reviews, so don't believe what you read on here. There are some shady business practices going on.
I don't know who they are paying to post these reviews, but I moved in 4/22. Was not allowed to see the unit until move in date, only the demo. I came by two separate times and was turned away both times. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE! It is the filthiest place I have ever seen in my life, $1374 a month and it smells like human body odor. The apartments are nice and all the people that work for the apartments are very understanding and helpful and my son loves the pool here, we have really enjoyed our time here at kinley lofts ❤️
