RecommendedResponse time to an emergency is outstanding. Furnace went out Woodfin responded within an hours time. Problem was fixed.
We have used WOODFIN for oil delivery. Now that we are selling the house, we asked them to measure the oil in the tank. They did promptly and courteously as always and got the report out the next day.

We had electrical, HVAC and plumbing inspections of our home scheduled today. Our electrical inspector (Wade H) arrived promptly and was very courteous. Didn’t rush through and paid attention. The HVAC inspector (Richard B) was very helpful and informative with a good sense of humor. The plumbing inspector (Anthony G) was a wealth of knowledge and very professional and thorough as well. Would definitely recommend! All three answered any questions posed to them.
No matter what they are fixing, Woodfin does a great job! Most recently, Anthony came out to unplug our bathtub, then also made time to fix the kitchen sink. I especially appreciated that he fixed the spray nozzle line after I put it back the wrong way last year. But mostly I appreciate that the bathtub now drains after dirty teenage boys take their showers. 😁
To me, Dalvin Nelson is Woodfin. He’s just great people on top of being a very competent technician. People like Dalvin and the other technicians we have had keep me a devoted Woodfin customer.
Jay was very nice, professional and funny. His sense of humor was very refreshing during these times. I highly recommend Jay Harper and Woodfin.
