RecommendedI won't name names, but the well known local company that installed our HVAC when we built our house ended up costing us thousands over the course of a decade due to mismatched parts, shortcuts, etc. Based on prior experience, we called Woodfin. The difference in workmanship is amazing. Everything is routed perfectly, no shortcuts and the foreman, Austin, was amazing to work with and we are completely confident that the job was done right because he took pride in doing it right. We will only ever call Woodfin.
Paul H. was so knowledgeable and helpful with a problem we were having with a gas leak. He explained everything clearly so that we understood what needed to be done, then he followed up later to make sure everything was working properly. Great customer service experience!

I had a maintenance call today. I was surprised, since there was no appointment. Someone called and said they'd be there in 20 minutes. It happened to work out since I am home most of the time, especially now. The person was not very careful with distance keeping and had no face mask, but the work was done efficiently.
