As usual, the facility support crew does an awesome job. Sasa and Mike really helped out. I have been stuck in my apartment due to a leg injury and these guys really helped. They were kind enough to top off the A/C so that it worked more efficiently. They also installed some bulbs that I had into the lights in the ceiling since I can't climb a latter. Literally brightened my day!
Sasha from maintenance was great and very quick to help us out when our AC went down over the weekend!
Maintenance has been super helpful since my roommate and I moved in. Mike helped with a quick fix. The staff here have been amazing to work with, making the move-in process that much easier. Thrilled to be a part of this community!
The maintenance man was fast and precise. Completed all the work orders at one time, and his customer service was very good. I’m very pleased. Update: I should really give this place a one star but because of the actual apartment I lived in was clean and in good living, I’ll give it a three. I had no issues with pest and maintenance pretty much did what was requested. I would give the overall cleanliness of the place a one star there was always dog piss in the hallways, especially in the stairwell which made the place stink ... read more
Sacha was very thorough when fixing my AC issue. He made multiple trips to get the tools needed and to check both the outdoor unit and in my apartment, and was great about communicating what he was doing. Very efficient and friendly.
