I just moved into and so far I have had an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and the apartments are beautiful! Update: The maintenance team was so nice! They completed repairs quickly and even made my dog feel comfortable!
Be careful with your move out statement. They charged me for utilities, cable and other extra charges after having paid absolutely everything on time. I even talked to the utility companies and was told that I was up to date and that Lantowers shouldn’t be charging me anything. I left at the beginning of January 2024 and they charged me for the rest of January as well as February. The office sent me to talk to corporate. Corporate again sent me the same wrong statement without any explanation and did not return phone calls. ... read more
