Jim is a rock star! When I walked into the leasing office a little weary from my day-long search for a new home, Jim welcomed me with a warm and friendly hello. He listened to my wants/needs and showed me multiple apartments/floor plans all while exuding patience and enthusiasm for the apartment community and surrounding area. What a great ambassador for the Lantower Weston community. Thank you, Jim!!
I requested maintenance on my sinks and bath tub, and Mike came the next day. The next day, he came quickly and handled all my needs effectively.
Maintenance is very fast and they are really good and kind. Mike is great 👍

I would NOT recommend living here!! Beware of the hidden lease termination charges — they are not clearly mentioned in the lease, and no documentation is provided to justify them. We had to live for nearly a month in the middle of summer without proper air conditioning, and the only “solution” offered was a small, noisy portable AC. No compensation was provided for this major inconvenience. After move-out, they added unjustified cleaning and painting charges without any proof of damage.
