I submitted 6 maintenance requests (dishwasher, microwave light, flush handle, oven light, and air conditioning). Rod, Mike, and Sasha arrived in no time. They were polite, easy to talk to, and incredibly efficient — they finished everything in no time. Their service, especially for the air conditioning repair, was excellent. Maintenance is very timely and thorough. Sasha in particular is very dedicated to fixing whatever's gone wrong and getting to the core of the issue. Very thankful for their help when my AC went out and it was 80F outside
