I have been living here for over 4 years, I did not really call the maintenance team that often, Just had the Team ,Mike and Rod came to fix dishwasher and replaced tge missing blinds, they are very punctual and skillful. I thank you for your kind attention for your tenant. Well, I would recommend to live here, we have good community, close to shopping malls, Asian Groceries within 2-5 miles, airport, downtown raleigh, the best part is Crabtree Lake, and the Black Creek Trail....etc...
