Working with Mike and Sam was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I walked in and they were immediately very warm and happy to help. I have had 3 heavily soiled rugs cleaned here, and each time Mike and Sam have done a wonderful job. They also made several expert repairs to portions of the fringe, resulting in a beautifully executed restoration. One of my rugs is Persian, one Romanian, and one American, so these guys know how to handle absolutely everything. They're all soft as butter under my feet, and unbelievably vibrant. Do not hesitate to trust Wooden Looms with all of your rug needs!

Wooden Looms did a great job fixing a rug after I had stripped some of the finishing off using a pet stain remover. The brothers who run the store are great, and I especially appreciated that 1) I was able to text photos before bringing the rug in, and 2) they told me I would only be charged if they could fix the issue. They did a great job, and I am very happy with the results—thank you!

We had been planning to add a handmade Persian rug to our home for years. After researching online, we visited several stores before finding Wooden Looms. Upon entering the beautiful shop, we were met by brothers Mike and Sam, who made us feel at ease and helped us to select the perfect 8x10’ handmade rug from their extensive inventory. The price was competitive. We were emailed documentation about our particular rug. We are completely satisfied with this buying experience and highly recommend Wooden Looms.

They know their rugs! Very informative, will work with you, make you feel like you’re at home and never feel pressured. I love learning as much as I can about rugs and I enjoy the videos of them cleaning my antique rug finds. I can’t wait to stop by and check out the enormous loom that they recently purchased for the shop! Here’s a video of them vacuuming my 1920’s Persian Lilihan that they restored for me.
