Horrible horrible horrible. Don’t move here staff is trash Fatima does nothing but hang up in your face, Loretta doesn’t know anything they lie to the water company to get more money. Water is always broken boiler doesn’t ever work. They take forever to fix things ac was broken once said it really wasn’t a emergency. Don’t move here they don’t care about residence money hungry and racist
Live over here and because my a/c has been out for 4 days now it's not an emergency cause it's cold outside guess I'm needing a blanket and go sleep on the porch but still pay your rent manager RUDE
Very incompetent staff...no mgr for 5 mos. Communication zilch. The parking lot can literally mess up your vehicle. A/C didnt work frequently. Boiler part broken...no hot water for 4 days. When Junita worked by herself she didn't answer the phone, then when you went into the office because phones weren't andwered she always said it didn't ring.
