Very rude and unprofessional
DO NOT MOVE HERE is so sad I really wanted this to be the place I can raise my kiddos since moving here we have had bug issues are water shut up multiple times 3 days ago a shooting occurred right in front of the apartment I have detectives knocking on my door 2 times a week I was taking my kiddos on a walk and there was a dead dog in a box just sitting out for everyone to see I’m sure my step daughter is traumatized the ac doesn’t work it’s gotten up to 80 degrees while being set on 68 and on 24/7 everything is quiet litera... read more
I am a current resident. There is no way to get in contact with the office, no competent workers in the office. I've been waiting on a response to an email and a voicemail for days. Plus there are roaches and shootings. Do not move here!
This place is an absolute joke. I moved in on Friday May 1st. They had more than 3 weeks notice that we were coming from Chicago to move in that day. It took 3 days for us to get here from Chicago. Everyday calling to verify our apartment would be ready for us to move in cross any T’s and dot the I’s. We were not able to get in contact with anybody until we were 3 hours away on our last day of Driving. This place is extremely worn and tired. My daughter lived there for almost 3 years and she experience so many issue with water and AC let alone the washers and dryers are always out. They are never cleaned. She paid for pest control yet the area have wasps nest everywhere. Not small either. Grounds are full of dog waste and apartments are just not kept.
