The very first thing I noticed was the apartment grounds, they were in excellent condition very kept. No trash hanging outside the dumpsters. I love that the fitness center is 24hrs. It was very quiet when I went for the tour. I hope what I seen is what I get. And I believe it will be. Im excited to move in.
My Move In experience was great! The customer service from the Manager Patrice and the assistant manager Brianna were very helpful! They both took the time and patience to fulfill the application and move in process an easy flow. The manager Patrice was very helpful with my application process, the explanation of monthly fees and other amenities that the property provides. Management at these apartments is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They’re completely unresponsive, dismissive, and act like it’s a burden to help residents with even the most basic issues. Maintenance requests? Ignored for days sometimes weeks. Common areas are dirty, and when something breaks, don’t expect it to be fixed anytime.

Office personnel is very nonexistent. They will never answer the phones. You might can get in contact with them via email. Even then you won’t get a response back no matter how big or small your issue is. Completely getting ignored. Your best bet is to just walk into the office in hopes of speaking to someone concerning your issues. The floors in my apartment are very thin and uneven!
