This place is extremely worn and tired. My daughter lived there for almost 3 years and she experience so many issue with water and AC let alone the washers and dryers are always out. They are never cleaned. She paid for pest control yet the area have wasps nest everywhere. Not small either. Grounds are full of dog waste and apartments are just not kept. I love my unit, but I don’t like how sheisty this complex is being for the visitor parking. It’s no reason someone should be charged $4 every single time they come to visit for only 12 hours! What happened to 24 hours for visitor parking? It’s complexes that use this same site for parking and they do 24 hours. Help me please understand.. go back to 24 hours or please stop charging $4 each and every time it’s really ridiculous.
Been here for a while and never received the customer service and professional feel like i received with Ms.Crystal and Jenny. I believe they are the right new people for the office. Even in the mess i’ve dealt with they have remained patient and kind.
I been happy and totally made a good choice moving in to thos property. Is nice is clean the people that stay hire nothing but the best . Specially the maintenance crew always on the go. And can say enough about the lady's that are in the office ms Ginnie. Ms.crystal.ms merical. Tank you for been on point and always looking out for your tenants. If all make a choice to move in woodcreek apartment it would be the best choice u ever make
