U are violating the DTPA property codes of the texas property code statutes by charging for visitor parking that has not been signed long on by the tenants of this property. You cannot charge for parking on the property what so ever. Please amend this violation of the Texas property code or l will be forced to contact code enforcement to fine you on this matter. My house is 87 degrees when I have it set to 65. They didn’t fix shit
There was no one there to give me the tour.
My AC has been out for almost 3 days. It broke Thursday, was fixed Friday and Saturday it was broken again. It is now Sunday morning and no word still. The front office never answered and I have no updates about my maitance request. Yesterday it hit 87 outside so it fell into the emergency category and still nothing. It was over 85 in the actual apartment. I also have a medical condition that makes me less tolerant to heat and that was communicated. I had to stay at a hotel, just so I wouldn't risk my health. “Years ago I moved here when Maria was the property manager, and the experience was much better. Previously, the manager and secretary spoke Spanish and resolved issues quickly. Now there are communication problems; using the phone for translation is not the same. Many Hispanic residents have left due to poor management! 👎Currently, the atmosphere feels more difficult, and the level of service has changed.
