Woodcraft has poor management, and when ever a resident reports something or asks for help, you either get no response, they tell you to write it up when its just easier to tell them face to face, or it takes a threat from a resident to reach upper management in order to get what is needed. Also when it comes down to people who have health conditions and live alone, we should have a right to allow family to get access to keys for their apartments due to their conditions and none of this run around you get sometimes.

lived there for 3 years moved apparments and they used our rent for the old apparment and never told us that they have done so the mangement is rude and they dont take care of thing around here we have tried to tell them about a broken screen and they never fixed it and then they charged us and its not a good place to live

this place is currently plagued with bedbugs and the people in charge seem to be unable to resolve the problem. the 1 star is because the roof doesn t leak! I hope management doesn t delete this post

I picked up an application for a family member and I have to tell you that I was quite impressed. The staff is very friendly and the place is beautiful. The apartments are good size and the property is clean and kept up.
