The management here is so kind and easy to get ahold of! Favorite place I’ve lived at in Gainesville by far.
I recently moved into Woodbury Row and was overwhelmed by how welcoming the staff was. Unfortunately my dad was unable to help with my move so when Reed & Perry (the maintenance man) offered to help my Mom & I move all of my furniture up to my apartment I was so thankful. They both moved my mattress, desk, and my couch! They even assisted by backing up our Uhaul & helped unload boxes. I am really looking forward to this year and can’t express how thankful I am for such a graceful move in day�
I have lived at Woodbury Row for the past two years and have loved every second of it! The location can't be beat. I walked to class everyday. Never having to worry about catching a bus was such a relief. The historic character of my apartment made it instantly feel like home. I'm going to miss the original hardwood floors and high ceilings! I'm only leaving because I'm graduating! On top of all that the owner is genuine nice guy and couldn't be more reasonable.
