I haven't had any problems in my 3 months here. I've heard that some units aren't as nice and some people have had issues with management, but the one I share with my three roommates is nice, and management has been helpful for any questions I've had. The surrounding neighborhood and people here have been very friendly. The clubhouse with a common area, game room, pool, and occasional resident events is a nice bonus.

Almost a year and we love the place. The management has been great. They quickly changed out a carpet for us before we moved in because of some pet odor from the previous occupants. They even offered us our choice of several other apts but changing the carpet was enough. They have been great in many other ways as well. Definitely would recommend.
