We are within walking distance to coffee shops, a grocery store, multiple parks, etc. The staff is friendly and matinence responds immediately if needed. Free breakfast, a free shuttle to downtown, and monthly events with food are all included for community members. The newly renovated fitness center is beautiful and includes Peloton bikes. Great place to live! We moved here to get a dog and it’s worked out really well, plus I use the amenities a lot more than I thought!
I love living at Woodbury! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the amenities are amazing. I can't imagine living somewhere else!
Living at Woodbury has been really nice! There’s always staff available, the amenities are a great perk and it’s a convenient location!
Love the community and the location! They offer great community events like pre-game tailgates and holiday parties. They are on top of responding to any of our needs, too. Everything is a reasonable price for Ann Arbor. I love it!
What's not to like. Location, maintenance-free living, reasonable rents for Ann Arbor, basement in my town home for storage. Still waiting on my new granite counter tops.

It's a fantastic place to live! Beautiful place, large and nice apartment, great neighbors, well located and perfect staff! We have pharmacy, market, restaurants, coffee shops walking distance! Perfect place to live with your family!
