Dropped me dog off for a grooming and when I went to pick him up they claimed they had tried to call me 3 times to get ahold of me and they were charging me a dollar a minute late fee. I got there at 4:30 and the door said they close at 6pm. When I said the door says you close at 6 she said that's just a general statement. I showed them my phone to show them they had never called me and they were like well maybe it's a connection problem. NEVER going back!
I brought our little boy Cubby in today to be groomed. I was very impressed, they squeezed me in even though they were busy. They were very kind and Cubby looked great! Will definitely be bringing Cubby back again :)

I love this place... I have 2 dogs, 1 is very old and very hard to deal with I have been told my dog is not able to be groomed by other grooming salons... When I came to woodbury dogspaw the staff was so nice and educated about everything and my dog is actually happy to go there. They had no problems with my old dog. They said they took their time and she was fine! Thank you Woodbury Dogspaw for taking such good care of my baby!
Been coming here since they opened and was told this would be the set price for what I have done. I was just in 3 months ago and 1 dog went up $17, the other $10, if I knew they were going to go up and not say anything I wouldn't have brought them in. No bandana, no bows and a bill I wasn't expecting. When I questioned it well prices went up about $5 well allot more than that. And it only took maybe and hour and a half at best and they were already calling to pick them up. Thats allot of money and a pretty huge increase.
First off before you become a new client be sure to read the fine print at the bottom. Yes, accidents occur but it's your fault as a customer to let us handle your pet if any injury occurs. " If your dog jumps into our scissors" Not the groomer fault.
