Brought our Cavalier to Dogspaw for the first time today. Our dog has skin issues - Amanda was amazing listening to our needs and was fast with grooming. The facility is low key and chill - great for dogs who might be a little timid or shy. Our dog was super happy when I picked her up - highly recommend!
Probably shouldn't hang up on a customer that is pretty irritated by the lack of communication, with NO call back. It's not your fault to be booked out, but it IS your fault for not communicating about booking an appointment. People dial numbers and leave messages for a reason.

First time using the DogSpaw services. Staff was great. My dog seemed happy and he's never looked better. I would highly recommend.
