Everyone was great as usual. I was greeted by... Everyone was great as usual. I was greeted by Ioun and then Trisha came to get me. She was very nice, we chatted about shows we liked but she was very focused on the job. She also informed me of what to expect on the next visit. She even had Ioun check on a coverage inquiry I had with my insurance provider. The visit was over before I knoew it. Courteous, kind and very helpful staff!
