Came here because the reviews were good & we wanted breakfast to start our day. Waited for 10 min, which was fine. After getting seated we ordered our food & coffee. The waitress, Kim, came back with my apple juice but no coffee. We had to flag down another waitress to get coffee. We never got a pot, just two cups of the most watered down coffee. Good food but the worst customer service. They gave the wrong order with the name we gave for pick up, we had someone pick it up for us and bring it 40 mins to our house. They did not care at all about their mistake and insisted it was 100% our fault, blammed our mother who picked it up, blamed us for that's the order they heard, and then the manager said it's not her problem and hung up.
