Woodbrook has been good to us. Maintenance has been on top of things. Office staff has been great. I had an issue with rent recently due to some unforseen circumstances (that was on me). They explained it and helped me get on flex. So this can be avoided in the future. 7 years there now hard to believe.
Very disappointing experience with Woodbrook Apartments, especially after moving out. I received a final statement containing charges that I believe are incorrect, including a charge for damaged blinds that I do not recall being damaged and an additional day of rent after my lease ended. The office was closed on my move out date, and I was specifically told I could return the keys the following Monday without being charged extra. I been here a year never had any major issues the little problems was seen about very quickly but a nice community and apartment
I have lived here for over a year and have been very pleased with the staff here. The office personnel are always there for us when we need them and answer any questions we have. The maintenance personnel are amazing and quick to respond to the very few problems I’ve had since I’ve been here.
I had a 15 month lease. For the most part I loved where I live. Quiet community and mostly friendly neighbors besides the one tenant that in moved after I did and harassed me and my family making my stay unpleasant. I don’t like paying more for utilities than I should. They divide their total bill among their reside and the more people on your house the more you pay. Late fees are ridiculous.
