It has been such an uplifting and positive experience having Julie as our Community Manager. She is very efficient and highly professional when handling resident matters. I’ve been living here for almost 4 years. I have lived in apartments before but this is home. The leasing manager, Tiffany, is always kind and sweet and always handles anything I may need. Her energy is very supportive and she is very knowledgeable about all things Woodbridge Villas! The maintenance staff are always very helpful. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. We were ripped off and charged for things that I have physical proof we didn't owe upon move out. I presented the evidence to property managment and either got told that I owed the charges anyway, or was ignored. Read my whole review on Yelp. I might get nuked here for even bringing up what happened. Over on Yelp, they replied to my review offering to "clarify" the charges if I reached out. Tiffany was amazing! And part of the reason why I decided to apply! I had looked at another complex before coming here decently priced but the leasing agent alone put me off and was very rude so it was great to have an agent like Tiffany who took the time to listen to what I was looking for! Left and applied immediately!
