Decent location, just below University Hills and within walking distance of the Cal State University, Tierra Mia, and a few mini markets -one up eastern and one down valley. A mile or so from a food4less. The complex is located close to the 10 and 710, so getting around is pretty quick for LA. This place is infested with roaches. The mgmt pretends they care. They say they are going to fumigate but then gives excuses, usually blaming you of why they didn't come. I have made over 40 requests to get sprayed and they have only come twice. Ridiculous. If you like roaches this is your place. Might be cheap rent but you will pay with your piece of mind. Mgmt sucks!
