I had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The place is really good and pet friendly. Everything worked perfectly—no issues with pests or anything like that. I really enjoyed my time here. A HUGE THANKS to Viktor, the manager, who is always ready to help and answers calls even at night. His dedication made everything a bliss. The only drawback was the neighbors. Lots of shade and a creek runs through the middle. Neighbors are friendly. The washers and dryers always work and maintenance fixed a broken window in less than 24 hours.
