Terrible experience trying to rent an apartment. We gave them everything they asked for, they still asked for more, we gave it to them. Over a week long process trying to get approved just to get denied because something on the application didn’t match employment verification. They could have asked for it to be fixed but denied us instead. Terrible communication, we had to reach out every time to get an update, most of the time they didn’t answer the phone.
