Disgusting. This apartment is roach infested and moldy and I've talked to every one of the other tenants who experience this same problem. Toilet always overfloods and electricity doesn't work in one bedroom and sparks everywhere else in the apartment. Landlord doesn't return phone calls or fix anything. Dishwasher is broken and the washer and dryer are awful and do not dry the clothes at all. No reception in the basement, which may be expected.
