Been here a year and had absolutely no issues, management has worked with me in every way possible and i love my apartment. Had one issue with my kitchen sink, Kristie got it taken care of ASAP.. outside of that I’ve had no issues! Everyone respects everyone, no loud noises at night, It’s quiet, neighbors all stay to themselves but speak when you run across one. As a first time renter and person on his own I can confidently say this is a great atmosphere and home to stay in, from families enjoying the peace and quiet of the community to the great people and management around being just good honest people I couldn't recommend these homes anymore!
If I could rate lower I would other than poor management there have been rumors of mold in apartments on top of maintenance never coming around and fixing anything. There’s one guy that has been waiting for a replacement dishwasher for almost a year now to make things worse rent is going up, which makes it harder for the people, already living there to afford it talk about poor communication skills with your already existing tendance that is sad in so many ways. Manager told us if we painted the apartment it would get us in a lot faster. We did everything we were asked and now she won't answer the phone and is keeping us from moving in. I want to know who owns this place so they can be made aware of the incompetent mis management that is currently in place.
Don't ever apply for these apartments! They are based on credit like you're buying a home! I turned in every document that they ask for pay my $100 deposit and still was turned down because
