I needed to add my girlfriend to my lease and was gonna have to pay a $500 dollar deposit fee or new roommate fee that I just didn’t have at the time but after talking to to Ms. Kelly the property manager which by btw so nice see waived the fee for us and just charged the application fee which is I think she said $54 Dollars which was a great relief I just want to say when you do right great things happen I’m so grateful for this great management team thank you Ms Kelly she must

I feel as if wood valley is the best it’s been in years under the new management. It’s very clean and peaceful. The maintenance stays on top of any issues reported. It’s really a great place to live.
I’m so excited about living here! I must say that the manager, Natasha McIntyre, has been extremely helpful. She made sure I brought everything needed to start the application process and guided me every step of the way. Moving from Florida to Georgia could have been stressful, but she helped me find resources for assistance with my utilities and explained how to get everything switched over.
