Such a great place to live! So great that I lived here for 9 or 10 years but left for a couple years to take care of a relative and now I am back! Quiet and just perfect for me!

After my first review was posted, I did speak to Management at Wood Valley. The young lady (I forgot her name) was very polite and explained to me that the waiting list was long. I’m happy that she was professional and very helpful. She even offered to help me with the online application process. I visit the property a lot now but unfortunately I have an apartment elsewhere. However, I love the spacious apartments at this complex.
My experience at Wood Valley wasn’t good. The complex has a lot of empty apartments but the waiting list is closed. It was hard to reach management by phone so I went to the office personally. I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling when I met the staff but I was told that management is cleaning up the complex and carefully screening applicants.
Great place to stay,if you keep to yourself
