Excellent company! This property was pretty quiet. When Hurricane Florence of 2018 came the leasing office allowed me to extend my move out date because highway 95 was impassable for a week or two. I steam cleaned my apartment floors 4x the day before I moved out and I was shocked a month later to receive my security deposit back on full! I am going to truely miss living at Heritage place! After living at a Heritage Co. property for a year you are automatically placed on a month to month lease!
