Definitely the worst experience here, literally was here for maybe 5 months in those 5 months my car got broken into, got my tire slashed, lots of parties from neighbors looked like prostitutes would literally come in out of neighbors. First night a girl chased a man with a knife in things just kept getting worsed. Just moved in 2 months ago. Bld#11214 The neighbors are loud party every weekend and leave beer cans & bottles laying around, they bring trash from somewhere else and overfill the dumpsters so it's trash everywhere outside. Most likely won't renew my lease next year if this isn't handled.
This place deserves zero stars and honestly, the health department needs to just shut them down. I was sick more times in my life during the 2 years we lived there. We had a home invasion by the neighbors we had because of racist remarks towards us and them hating us because of a parking spot from the day we moved in. We lived next to the nastiest people ever and smelled their funk coming through our vents. After, the nasty people around us moved out, we had their bugs start coming in to our apartment.
