This place deserves zero stars and honestly, the health department needs to just shut them down. I was sick more times in my life during the 2 years we lived there. We had a home invasion by the neighbors we had because of racist remarks towards us and them hating us because of a parking spot from the day we moved in. We lived next to the nastiest people ever and smelled their funk coming through our vents. After, the nasty people around us moved out, we had their bugs start coming in to our apartment. If you like living with roaches, bed bugs and rats/mice, this is the place for you! It’s absolutely infested. The guy who sprays for roaches every/ every other month told us on multiple occasions how bad every single apartment is. And that’s all they do for the issues, management does nothing. I’m an extremely clean person and spent HUNDREDS of my own dollars trying to rid these issues but between the hoarder in the building that was next to us and god knows what else they just travel between apartments and nothing helps, th... read more
Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. They do not care about the tenants. I promise, you will be disappointed. Emails to corporate go unanswered and property management is not good either. I could go on and on about these apartments and the people running the show, but I do not have to. Just drive through the community and see for yourself. The previous management/owners did not want to pay to properly repair most issues. The new management/owners (Win Communities) are properly repairing problems and remodeling apartments as they become vacant.
