I will raise it to a 2 star just because the lady in the office now is probably the best one we've had since I've lived here. Always nice and tries helping you however she can. Hopefully she can get it turned around because it is a terrible place to live. Everytime you renew your lease they raise the rent $150. They charge $1100 a month for a remodeled unit but I've been in the same unit 5 years and has never been remodeled but yet still want to charge outrageously. They charge $1100 a month for a remodeled unit but I've been in the same unit 5 years and has never been remodeled but yet still want to charge outrageously. If you're not Hispanic they don't care for you. My units floors are caving in have told them about a dozen times. I just moved in but the entire experience has been easy. Evelyn in the office actually smiles and makes you feel welcome. The application fee is affordable. The move in special very helpful for transitioning. Apt is clean and feels like home. Despite the area apts are quiet. Pet friendly.laundry rooms could use a bit of attention but work and affordable. Cheaper than laundromat.
Newly Remodeled, Great new staff, thanks to Elena, they have stepped up their game.
