We remodeled the entire kitchen from floor to ceiling and the folks at Wood Cabinet Factory were wonderful. We started with the design and it took us quite a while to make up our minds about the floor, backsplash, etc. They were very patient and held the cabinets until we were ready for them. The installer (Al) and his crew not only installed the cabinets but installed the new floor along with many other upgrades that we wanted. I was out of your delivery area, I live in Massachusetts. But the packaging of the cabinets was perfect. I also received a call the day before the pick up letting me know you were expecting a delivery and giving me a window for my trucker to pick up. The heads up was great help, thanks!
EXCELLENT. THE WEEK THE CABINETS WERE TO BE SHIPPED A CABINET WAS ON BACK ORDER & I BELIEVE SOME TRIMS MISSING. I HAD INSTALLERS, THE ELECTRICIAN & PLUMBER SCHEDULED. UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE LADY WHO SAID "DON'T WORRY, MY JOB IS TO FIX THIS". AND SHE DID. WHAT A GREAT JOB. AND NOW MY SCHEDULE COULD PROCEED.
The sales rep was fantastic. He was very professional, knew the products well and made very valuable suggestions.
The quality of the cabinets is good.
Installation of granite was superb.
