We received our cabinets without a glitch. The quality is Good, which is what we payed for..the drawer glides amazing (yes it makes a difference)..very good quality. BUT the best is the customer service when we needed them. The issue came from our tile guys (who were sloppy) got granite dust into our glides..and caused such issues...that company will NEVER be used again ...in the mean time my husband reaches out to WF, who didnt even blink to replace the glides...it wasn't even asked by my husband- they just offered. We ordered our cabinets from Wood Cabinet Factory and we couldn't be happier with the results. It looks beautiful and we thank Wanda for her professionalism and great suggestions in making it all possible. We had some challenges with our kitchen layout, but Wanda worked through it for us and made it happen. The men who installed it were meticulous and professional as well. We highly recommend them and look forward to ordering cabinets for our bathroom renovation next year.
What a great experience from initial consultation, through design and right up through delivery. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of construction of our new cabinets and quartz counter top and the level of service.
Jennifer, our designer at the WCF was extremely helpful, patient and informative. We went back to Jennifer numerous times, in person and on the phone, to have her lay out many different design and cost options for both cabinets and countertops. She was very professional and respectful. And even though we were doing a very modest kitchen remodeling by many standards, she treated us like very important customers. Hands down had the best experience with them! Jennifer Mule was AMAZING and her attention to every last detail was impeccable. From concept to design, she made my dream kitchen come true. I want everyone to know how incredible they are. Yes the cabinets are great. But getting people to stand behind their product??? THEY ARE INCREDIBLE. professional. On time. Good communication and follow up. Old fashioned customer service that you won't get from the big guys. Don't go anywhere else. Seriously.
They are absolutely amazing and super professional! Highly recommended them if you need kitchen renovation or whatever ! I had no idea how much goes into a kitchen renovation and Barry and his team made it a breeze and stress free!
Great experience overall. We were lead to the Wood Cabinet Factory by all the online reviews and were very pleased with the results. The showroom had many cabinets to choose from; the sales staff was very knowledgeable as well.
