We have been very pleased with Wood Cabinet Factory through the whole process from selecting, planning, and installing. The quality is exceptional (our contractor has commented to that effect numerous times) and the quality service has exceeded our expectations. One of the cabinets drawers was off about 1/8 inch at the most (didn't line up with the other drawers) and WCF promptly sent someone out who was professional and adjusted the cabinet perfectly. Barry was very helpful with our kitchen design and we are very happy with our new kitchen cabinets. We asked for something custom in one of our cabinets and Barry and his team were able to deliver. We had a problem with one of the drawers after installation and again Barry and his team found a solution. Steve came out and installed the new drawer free of charge. We then had an issue with a drawer front and it was determined to be a defect in the paint so again Steve came out and installed a new drawer front freee of charge. ... read more
From start to finish excellent customer service. Jennifer was our designer and she was amazing. She explained every step to us and was very patient. I would highly recommend her and this company.
I have high expectations and standards and this place far exceeded all of my expectations! I very rarely give 5* but this place definitely gets my highest rating !

We purchased our home in June of this year - and let me tell - every step of the way has been a problem.
