I am sorry, I have to give it a 1 star. The waitress who walks around with cart was super unfriendly, do not speak English. FYI to the owner...your waitresses is your front line. They need to know English (at least enough to explain what's in the menus!) A friendly waitress with a smile means a lot to the customers! If you are going to own a business in this country your staff need to learn English! I asked for the dessert menu, if they have any...the waitress brought me a jar of white sugar!!!! Very disappointing!
I have had much better dimsum in LA, Seattle, BC, but probably the best dimsum in Portland area. A bit more spendy than others locally but worth it. I usually avoid the peak weekend lunch long wait time, around 2pm is no wait, dimsum stops at 3:00.
The service was fast friendly. The food was good not a bad price for what you get...
