Go ahead. Be adventurous, and shame on you for ordering the kung pao chicken. My advice? Get the clams in spicy wine sauce and order a side of sticky rice in lotus leaves to dip in the sauce. You'll sing my praises later. But don't be afraid to tell the chef to make you something surprising. I did, and he made me a dish that featured jellyfish, and it was delicious!
