Dr. Wong is a kind hearted professional. He does all that is humanly possible to reduce pain and anxiety during the ugly period of an abcess.
Wonderful experience! Dr. Wong is knowleadgable, but he also takes time to explain what he is doing which eliminated a lot of my stress and anxiety. He had fixed a couple of my old root canals which were not done properly and had done a terrific job. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
Dr. Wong is the best endodontist I've ever had (and I, unfortunately, had to visit a few). I recommend him to everyone. He is fast, efficient, and shows real concern for a patient's comfort. His staff is friendly and professional; his office is immaculate and comfortable.

Dr. Wong was amazing. I found out I had to get a root canal a week before I started on a cross country road trip. He managed to fit me in with his busy schedule and his staff were amazingly kind and efficient. In response to patient 5, I am sure glad he verified my doctor's diagnosis before the procedure-as that is the professional thing to do. Dr. Wong and his staff were really pleasant and professional. The facilities are the nicest Ive ever seen at a dental office. I felt absolutely no pain throughout the procedure..even got to watch a movie through it. I didnt wait long at all for either of my appts, Dr. Wong was super efficient and never kept me waiting. I would never go to another endodontist besides him.
No complaints! Dr. Wong is very professional and I'd recommend him to anyone. For the 1 person who found Dr. Wong to be pompous, I'm very surprised. This was not my experience at all and apparently not the experience of all the other posters. I also watched a movie while having a root canal - not a bad way to have it done.
Dr. Wong performed a root canal for me about a month ago, so far so good.I haven't had any sensitivity with the tooth thus far. His office is nicely decorated and comfortable, there will be an opportunity to watch a video during the procedure, which really helps distract from the uncomfortable feeling of having your tooth drilled into. Ralan Wong really knows his science and is great with his patients. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I had a nasty gum infection which necessitated surgery and thought I was going to walk into a nightmare. Instead, the procedure was painless and the experience all in all was a success. I recommend Dr. Wong to all. You'll be dealing with a winning formula team!
