Amazing, clean, professional, friendly establishment. I'm impressed! Dr. Alice was fair and reasonable. She wasn't looking just to make $$$. Definitely will be back.
From the moment we walked in our experience was awesome. It was my daughter's 1 yr old check up, her first dentist appointment. The staff was so warm and sweet and Dr. Alice was amazing. She was so nice and thorough. I really enjoyed her taking the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend.
Only take the children that Wonderland is making money off of, they are not a family friendly business and will refuse to see your child if any of the money-making child's siblings come with you. Pay a daycare, dog kennel, donate them to the local shelter, whatever, the staff are "not there to babysit your kids". If they are not making money off the child(ren) you bring to their office then that child is not welcome there. We will never return because of the way they treated my family. I was looking to schedule my daughter's 2 yr old appointment and called Wonderland because of the location and reviews. I was extremely disappointed when they refused to book us an appointment after 2 pm. As a teacher, I cannot just take off of work and they were not willing to work around our schedule. While I understand 2 yr olds are easier to work with in the mornings, I feel that most businesses wouldn't want to turn potential customers away.
Doctor Alice and the whole staff really are the best. Called me this morning to fit my son in for sealants because I couldn't make the scheduled apt next week.
My son loves this place. Today is his second visit. Who would have thought we'd see a time where kids LOOKED FORWARD to visiting their dentist!
Sad to say, because it is so convenient for us, I am very disappointed in the level of service. They do not value my children's time out of school or the time of working parents and the help they have to get to make these appointments. We will be going elsewhere.
I took my 6 year old here (he had a regular dentist before) he absolutely loved it. He was a little nervous, but the nurses and Dr Alice all made him feel very comfortable.
I'll drive from Bellaire to Cypress for Dr. Alice. Best dentistry by far! My 3 year old even sat still for both the xrays and the cleaning. That tells me a lot
