When I came in they were overbooked and I had to wait 25 minutes. They kept telling me "few more minutes" until I decided to just leave. Very unprofessional way to conduct business. Listen to the lower reviews

they don't know how to properly take off gel x nails without damaging your actual nail bed. Would say my nail tech should take her time with the drill because she kept going over my skin which obviously hurt, I did say something. Last thing is all my nails were different sizes (you’re supposed to measure all fingers to make sure they are the same nail length) I didn't want to say anything in-front of everyone to embarrass her but the things I mentioned are basic things all licensed and experienced nail techs should already k... read more

I’ve been coming to Wonder Nails for my last 6-7 nail appointments, and unfortunately I’ve decided I won’t be returning. The quality of the finished nails is usually good, but the overall experience has consistently been disappointing. I’ve been cut hard enough to bleed during cuticle work on two separate visits by two different technicians. Accidents can happen, but after it has happened more than once, it feels like cuticle care is being done too aggressively. Communication has also been difficult. On several visits there ... read more
