4 if us decided to try this place. It wasn’t busy but after we were in there for a little it became busy. They took 2 people before the last person in our group. My nails came out crooked and bumpy. I asked for a dark purple, I even used the number on the gel color ring, and they used the wrong color. My friend asked for a snowflake design and the lady couldn’t even do it. Worst manicure & pedicure ever. Terrible service & charged for something I didn't ask for.
Got my toenails and nails done a week ago. Got a spa pedicure which was nice and got gel nail polish done due to leaving for the beach. Only got my nails painted with gel polish. Polish was off by the next week!!! My bill was $90.00!!!! Outgragous!!! Had a pedicure and manicure done for my wedding back in June. Price was a lot cheaper there and last for a month!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Gel polish is sure to last a whole lot longer but it didn't. Waste of $90.00. I think I was over charged as well. Anywher... read more
Been there many times and have loved it up till today. Had a pedi and I was continuously 'bitched' at about the position of my feet or my toes. When my nails were being painted, my foot slipped, he crazily jumped back on his chair and yelled at me for scaring the 'hell' out of him and messing up his beautiful painting. I was shocked! Had an appointment at 10:30 with my cousin at 10:30 . They started my cousin and I sat with my feet in the water for over 30min and still was not waited on....then To my surprise the lady who came after me was getting waited on before me!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Worst service ever!!
In from out of town. Very substandard. My cousin and I had appointments at 1030. My cousin still hadn't been started at 1130. Very disappointed. Will NEVER be back!
