acrylic and gel polish come out lumpy, nails are uneven, gel was so thick and uneven it didn’t dry. not worth your money. they charged me $50 for the worst nails i’ve ever had

I went there for the first time today. something that normally takes roughly an hour took 35 minutes. total. half of 2 of my nails, aren't even covered with a tip, or acrylic. none are the same shape, or size. they literally are awful, nbubbled and looks like the polish is shrinking. went back in to confront them and they told me I was "crazy" and that's how my nails are. years, I've gotten my nails done. years. theyve all looked the same. this is the worst service I have ever experienced.
Do NOT try to charge a customer to fix a nail that shouldn't be coming off after only a few days of being on.

Terrible, took my girls there today on a spur of the moment trip they did a terrible paint job, my 7 old niece could have done better. The guy was awful, he kept wiping his nose on the back of his hand, talked on his phone and didn't use gloves at the end. The women mostly talked among themselves and just tapped where they wanted you to put your feet. Very disappointed in our pedicure..never again.
Took my mother there for Mother’s Day and it took them 2 hours to get us done. Understaffed & unfriendly! Tried to take my father for Fathers Day and they asked me to come back the next day because the one girl was tired. Poor customer service!
Worst experience yet! My gel manicure is streaked and bumpy and not edged around the nail. I could have done better myself. My pedicure is also lumpy and streaked. Can not believe I wasted money on this. I'll never be back.
