Very unprofessional. Lacks boundaries. Shared inappropriate personal information about herself. Disclosed other clients information with me. Complained about having to deal with my insurance, said it was triggering. Blew up on me one day in a rage and threw me out of her office because she got triggered by something I said regarding treatment. Has dual relationships with clients. Has cursed at me in sessions. I'd need a whole page to write an appropriate review of Nancy. In short.. Nancy is the ONLY practitioner that I have had who fully understands and treats attachment injuries and complex trauma. She is very compassionate and skilled. I've been in therapy off and on since the late 80's and have never felt fully understood nor have I gotten significant relief from emotional pain. With Nancy and the IFS model I have experienced a new freedom and profound healing.

I believe that IFS is a valid and potentially powerful form of therapy but judging from her treatment of my ex-spouse I think that she is not competent. My ex has dissociative identity disorder and she became his therapy partner. She never spoke with family members so his distorted views were her only input. I am much happier but my former spouse is a lonely shell of their former self. I wouldn't give her no stars if possible.

Dr. Nancy Wonder healed me from feelings of depression. I was a domestic abuse survivor, I was verballyt abused as a child. In my early twenties, I was in a very unhealthy relationship. Therefore, I had to cope a lot. Dr. Wonder used the "Internal Family Systems" model to help me become more centered. I am now in a healthy state of mind, and my anxiety as well as depression are gone, thanks to Dr. Wonders and the Internal Family Systems model. I would highly recommend this doctor.

AVOID this dangerous woman. The IFS method is a cult-like system that puts the recipient in a trance state so you can access your wounded parts and then have them consoled and coddled by the practitioner. If you want to distract yourself from your problems, go watch a movie--IFS is not real therapy. Due to her misguidance, I have lost thousands and thousands of dollars due to her bad advice to stay in an unhealthy relationship with a woman who was also seeing her. Be warned and stay away!
