old equipment, trainers with no clue – This place is the biggest ripoff ever. Don't join!!!! The staff is only friendly while selling you the "package" and then they are really fake. With the exception of two of the trainers, there is about zero real knowledge of fitness in general. The cardio equipment is really outdated and there are no plans to update them. Don't join!!!!!!!!!!!
Rip off to Military – My wife joined this gym,and a few months after I had to transfer duty stations because I'm in the navy, and they gave us the run around. They want to make us pay the $40 a month for the next year, with us not even living near the place. This is the biggest rip off to the military that I've come across in the Norfolk area.
