I see Dr Chernowsky and she is INCREDIBLE. She is very kind and thorough. Dr.Shah is also wonderful he was on call and delivered my son, he was really kind and thorough as well! I really enjoy going to this office and the ladies at the front desk are very kind ans genuine as well! I highly recommend and I will definitely be going back here when I'm ready for my second baby!
I'm currently 31 weeks and I've had the pleasure of speaking on the phone to a nurse named Jean a few times now. (Gene?) I'm so sorry as I don't know the spelling. There is something about her that is so comforting and personable. She's taken my concerns and gotten back to me with knowledge, compassion and understanding. She's an absolute sweetheart. Got tired of playing the telephone game anytime I wanted to talk to my provider, notes were not passed correctly to doctor leading to 6+ plus calls back and forth for one issue. Nothing is handled in a timely manner, things aren't taken seriously. Had to go to my primary care to get to the bottom of an issue. Unprofessional patient services. Disappointed, been going here for years and it's declined.
Sat on the phone for 2 hours trying to get in touch with someone in the office kept being sent to a call center where they would just transfer me back to the main office and I would continue to get no answer. Don’t know the address I’m going to nor did I receive a message or email giving me details about my appointment. Wish I could call and cancel my appointment but how can I when no one answers!
I love my provider Dr. Shah. He is a very nice guy and takes his time to make sure you fully understand everything that is going on during your appointment. I have been a patient of this clinic for about 10 years and I would have given them 5 stars until recently. My yearly exam has been canceled twice. The first time they canceled it and called back a few days later saying that they changed their mind and that I should still come to the appointment.
