This was not a good experience. I had an issue every step of the way.. with the last issue being today. Left work early to arrive early for my 2:45 p appointment; only to be advised the machines are down and was down since lunch. And, that I need to reschedule. I’m confused as to why I didn’t get a call before arriving . With that being said I truly recommend you all scheduling and finding somewhere else for your medical care.
Very sweet and professional staff. This was my first mammogram and it really wasn’t painful at all. Minimal discomfort! The process was easy and pretty quick! The front desk staff was super sweet and the technician was even better!! She walked me through, step by step, of what she was doing. Great facility
Absolutely the best mammogram experience ever!! The ladies at the check in desk were quick and friendly. Cathy performed my exam and was kind and warm. I will never return to the hospital for my mammogram ever again!! I was able to get in and out in under 1 hour and treated well. Love it!!
Lawrenceville office...let's start with appointment process. I made my appointment online. I received and email stating they would text me to confirm. Never received the text. I called and left messages the whole day prior to my appointment date. No one picked up and no one returned my call. I had schedule time off for this appt. I called on the day of at 8:15 (apt schedule for 9) and finally someone answers. She said to come on. I asked her to text or email me the address.
