Lawrenceville office...let's start with appointment process. I made my appointment online. I received and email stating they would text me to confirm. Never received the text. I called and left messages the whole day prior to my appointment date. No one picked up and no one returned my call. I had schedule time off for this appt. I read good reviews about this place so I decided to give it a try but my experience with them has not been the best. They do not attend you on time despite arriving well in advance, they also fail a lot with insurances. When I went, they told me that my insurance did not cover this service and I paid for it but it turns out that my insurance did cover the expenses in full and getting my money back has been a real nightmare. It would be nice if they would do a little research on health insurances before up charging double wh... read more

I never have to wait. Office personnel is great. The ladies in the back , that perform ultrasoundd and mammogram were super . So basically an uncomfortable experience is comfortable.
